What does the BT Wholesale Checker say for your line http://dslchecker.bt.com/adsl or for your address if you don't have a BT Wholesale recognisable number http://dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/ADSLChecker.AddressOutput
Please post all the results you get from the database, however edit out your address or tel number. However post the exchange and cabinet number.
Thanks @imjolly, I was just wondering what exchange area and cab number as I may be able to find some information.
From the results it looks like their PCP had been upgraded and linked to a FTTC DSLAM cabinet however, possibly down to distance, FTTC is not available to them as the signal may be too weak.
