alixharkness@gmx.co.uk seems to be hacking my email account

Is anyone getting messages about alixharkness@gmx.co.uk ? Every tine I send an email I get a response that I have emailed this address but it is not available. I have no autoforward rules set up. How so I block this person?

Hi @Maltdoctor and welcome.

Thanks for posting about this. A quick google search for that email address will bring up lots of information. The first thing I would recommend would be to change your password, don't use one that's been used previously. Take a look at How to deal with spam in BT Email  and Email Security .
