Exactly the same problem, hub 6 is rubbish. Other than the problems you mention mine has now stopped broadcasting wifi, so yet another call to BT and was told wifi is a benefit not part of their contract!. Plugged a third party wireless router in BT hub and worked fine. Still waiitng for BT to call me back re the fault. Joined BT back in Sept 17, big mistake as spent more time resetting that bloody hub than watching TV.
