Have ongoing problems with BT and written to Gavin Patterson. You get a standard reply and link to an underling who tries to sort your problem. But he is obviously hoodwinked by "engineering" patter and nothing gets resolved.
Have asked Ofcom for help
Have you tried to resolve your problems via one of the forum moderators?
Thank you for the advice regarding contacting Gavin Patterson, especially after receiving what now appears to be the "standard reply" you cite. After reading an interesting Guardian newspaper article, that closely reflects BT's behaviour towards my situation, I plan to take the same action as the gentleman at the centre of the article, should they continue to marginalise me. I will highlight my situation with ALL interested media associations prior to travelling to BT HQ. Like I have previously posted, I will pursue the outcome I seek no matter how long it takes and at whatever cost. All of which BT will compensate me for. They need to re-read and re- familiarise themselves with consumer law as well as their own customer care policy.
your joking Ive tried to resolve it with Openreach CEO!
You cant hide behind that excuse. Openreach are spending £millions of Welsh Assembly money supposedly upgrading Welsh rural broadband - the whole thing is an expensive joke
you have been offered help by the forum mod team if you have not already taken up their offer of help then I suggest you do
