another missing xbox one vouchercode

hi i have not received my voucher code for either a free xbox of Samsung tab

i went live on 16th of august so its been more than 30 days there is nothing in my spam ive been checking since day 14

ive rang bt up and im definatly supposed to get a voucher code 

they gave me a number for bt shop who said this isn't the correct number call the rewards people who told me

its 7 weeks after the live date that the code comes through and its all automated so don't worry something about cooling off period etc 

can anyone help because its a bit misleading if its 9 weeks from sign up thanks

I have the same issue, i went live on 13th August still waiting for my console code... Fifa is launching soon and i spoke 3 times with the customer service on online chat promising i will receive the code.

I would also like an answer on said topic.
