billing help

hi , i see on my bill that i owe 97,68 in debit. and that they may increase my payments to claim it back . also it say that i am using more of the service than expected, but i have unlimited broadband . plz could you explain this to me . also on every monthly bill i get charged 3 months in advance . why is this . can i just not pay for one month in advance . please help me to understand this .

ps .. is ther any way of redusing this or would i be better shopping around for better deals . i only  have the hd for the sport

You're obviously on the Monthly Payment Plan, which is not fit for purpose. Once you've sorted out the immediate question of the alleged debt, do yourself a favour and switch to monthly whole billing. It's much easier to manage and you'll get your wish to be billed only one month in advance.
