broadband connection

my broadband was fine up until about a week ago. it dropped and re-configured a few times through the day buy nothing bad. now im lucky if i can spend more than 15 minutes on a computer an hour i rang the india call centre yesterday after putting a post on here due to extreme connection loss i could not finish my earlier post on the forums. when i rang india they reset my line and now its even worse, yesterday i had a 1.400kbps now im looking at about 500-700kbps 

 

 

i have tried the speedtest around 20 times now and every time it fails on the phone number page
