broadband crashing again after months of being ok

hi all

its started crashing again and i've forgotten the drill

its been lovely for months since the cables from the outside juction box to inside was replaced and the junction box moved to cover it from the bad weather, but yesterday it started crashing again and its been at it lots of times today

is there away to check if BT have updated the software in the router ? or if there is a fault at the exchange ?

reason i think its out side of the house is it crashed this morning at 6.30 when i was the only one up and nothing was on the internet

over the past year the overhead cable from the first connection pole to home has been changed and the cable from the outside connection box to inside socket has been changed

any suggestions please

also now showing

Re: broadband crashing again after months of being ok

your hub firmware and its last update are shown on the hub help desk page

you can check your exchange for problems here https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do;jsessionid=0X7GVLnXC3zNTnPxDfpnMh...
