broadband download speed suddenly dropped

hi there, i've noticed that in the last week my download speed has reduced from around 3mbs to below 1.5mbs in the last week.

 

reading through other posts ive ran a few tests on the router and on btspeedtest and the result are below.

 

how do i go about getting my ip profile reset?

Hi your ip profile has dropped because of hub disconnetions/restarts if left powered up 24/7with no restarts your profile will rise automatically after 3/5days of stable connection

Everything appears to be back to normal now after leaving the hub undisturbed for a few days. 🙂
