broadband keeps dropping...

Hi,

Please can anyone offer advice?  I have an Infinity Hub (5) but it has heavy usage (up to 5 people using it) and keeps dropping and excluding one person...Would switiching to a up to 76Mb fibre optic account help, or do I just have to pay for two hubs?

Can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post stats 1-12

Can you enter your phone number and post results. Remember to delete number. https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html

Run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results.
