broadband not working after moving line rental back to BT
Last Thursday an engineer visited and did some work, giving me a new phone number as I was upgrading my exisiting BB package to option 2 and transfering my line back from Primus to BT. Since then I have no broadband connection, have done all the resets and also connected the ADSL direct into the main socket as well as replacing it. Power and wireless light are on. This was meant to be a seemless line rental transfer. i have had to move my office to another location as I work from home. No one seems to be able to help at BT. One number called goes through to a voice message highlighting all the faults in the country then hangs up. Another gives me 6 menu levels all with 4 options and then a survey option taking 2 mins at the end of the call. This company is meant to be the communication leader!!
