Hello Everyone
My first post here I sorry that its asking for help but I have seen others getting help from here and that mods can look over your case, I Thank you in advance for your help and hope you can help me too 🙂
A couple of months back I was quite happy with my internet getting 2mb and then one day it crashed and was only getting 0.1mb after 2 weeks of phoning and an engineer coming out which he replaced the wall socket, ads filter and new hun3 he even went and checked the local exchange box at the end of the street which he thought in there was a card? That needed replacing but they where expensive! He got my internet back up and running and I've now only been getting the 1mb which was dropping to 0.5mb at times then it went off again which after I called was up and running within 24hrs I also said I wasn't happy with my slow speed so they are trying to fix but this keeps going up and down. I live 3 miles from the main exchange and when I put my number into the bt web site it say my line is capable of speed between 1 to 3.5mb and I should be getting 2mb even when I renewed my contract they said I would get 2mb. So the problem is that the speed is up and down when they call me every morning its a different speed the best I have got has been 2.2 and later that day drops to 0.9 and then it wont go past 1.2 yesterday when they called it was 1.8but he said I should be getting over the 2 so keep case open and try again this morning when they called its back to 1.2mb
I was hoping that you could have a look over my hub stats below which are the last 3 I copied and there is any help you can provided me with in getting this resolved, I was hoping to get bt-vision but this in a minimum of 2mb and I can even watch a youtube without buffering, I also look forward to the day I can get bt-fiber. Many Thanks Please help and I'll stay positive 🙂
