broadband speed very slow

Hi I have very slow broadband speed. i dont use the bt hub.

 

But here is the info from my switch

 

Download speed 1,02

Upload speed 0,32

Ping 49.50

you need to run btspeedtester with wired conenction and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results

you are suffering from exchange congestion all you can do is wait for BT Wholesale to carry out a virtual path upgrade

That shows a problem with the VP which is the reason for your good connection speed but very poor download speed

 

you need mod help and they will post a contact us link when they read this

 20CN virtual paths: Red

BT is reporting that some of the 20CN virtual paths at this exchange are not operating within BT Wholesale's planning guidance, although they are still operating within the product specification.

At busy times, your ADSL connection may operate at a reduced speed, although not all customers on your exchange may be affected. You should only contact support if there is no current ETA date set.

The ETA fix time is: 25 Apr 14

the fix date given is an estimate major network faults or other problems can cause routine maintenance projects to be delayed
