just wait for the mods to contact you and take no notice of the help line  they will contact you personally by email or phone and they are UK Based they normaal reply wihin 3/5 working days  of you sending the contact form to them

yesterday i spoke someone from Bt ask me to restart the hub. Someone from exchange change the ID profile , They said to us the can give us speed from 2.5 -5 and they need to change ID profile, becouse we are connected to exachge nr 9 , and this exchange is support speed from 2.5 -5

your IP profile is completely wrong for your conenction speed and you need to wait on mods sorting it - your profile should be 7.15mb not 4mb

someone from exchange change from 7.15 to 4mb. They tell us is not support more,

I don't think anyone changed it.  you probably hada a drop in connection or a manual reset or possibly both which resulted in a drop in your connection speed which then would almost immediately drop your profile to correspond to your lower connection speed.  when your router reset again the speed came back to 8128 but your profile would normally take 3/5 days conencted 24/7 to recover to 7.15mb profile.

 

your btspeedtester results still show a conenction speed of 4.7mb and the correct profile for that speed but your actual speed is 8128 hence there is a problem with your profile and you need mods and/or wholesale to fix it
