Re: broadband speed

Hi John,

Please can you post your router stats.

Please can you complete a BT speed test: http://speedtest.btwholesale.com

Please can you post the BT Broadband Availability Checker result from your phone number, remember to delete it: http://dslchecker.bt.com

Please can you complete a quiet line test. From a landline phone, dial 17070 and select option 2, the line should be quiet.

Is the router connected to the test socket via a microfilter or via a SSFP?

Re: broadband speed

The availability of fibre should not affect your existing adsl connection as they are different systems
