For some reason my bt 8500 phone does not recognise a particiular mobile number. The number is in the phone but when the caller rings it comes up as 'number unavailable'. The phone recognises other mobile numbers. This problem mobile number which is not recognised is recognised by other mobiles.
Any thoughts?
