bt basic

i applied for bt basic a year ago and received email that i had been successful, but continued to be charged full rate. for reasons of my own i am only now trying again to get it sorted. reading other peoples posts, i can see this is going to be a real long haul struggle. but i desperately need the rebate, so i,ll have to go through it. i,ve only started now and already i,ve been cut off, made to wait ages, told the computers gone down and they,ll phone back but have,nt , etc. it,s gonna be hard. such is life.
