bt call protect

As reported previously I have been trying unsuccessfuly to access Call Protect for many months. My last message from Community Forum was that BT are aware that a few other people have the same problem and they are working on it, but with no particular time scale. I took this to mean that in reality I was on my own. I have therefore done what I originally suggested, but was pursuaded not to, that is to cancel 1571 and then re-install it. I can now report that this was successful and Call Protect is now working properly. I think you will accept that in my case BT have been no help whatsoever and I can only hope that you will take notice. Regards Tony5
