just want to know if anyone has had a good  or even a fair time dealing with customer services ? ... I know I have had nothing but problems , issue  after issue and to top it off I am currently owed twice the amount of a current monthly charge which also needs amending for loss of service bill . to add insult to injury I've  just had my service restricted  for not paying what I don't owe ...is this average customer service ...?  I think so !    unacceptable bt.com.!

yet more time on the phone trying tosort out bt.'s mess . where do I standwhen Iv'e been forced to pay for yet another months bill with less than minimum download speed  .0.4  0.6 uploads . as I was given a 74 pounds rebait for the same problem on 26th April .still below minimum and now been charged 53.13 tacken off my rebait . I want that back and sent to me as I've had enough of bt.   I'm  leaving

have you taken up the mod offer of assistance to sort out your problem?  if not then I would suggest that is best way to go if you want a resolution without tearing your hair

if you completed the contact mod form you should have received a ref number - PMs dont work

it can take 2 or 3 days for mods to contact you when you form reaches top of queue
