bt declined topcashback

Both me and my mother have done an order through TCB, one hasn't tracked and the other has been declined. We both only went with BT due to this. Had problems with the order as it kept failing and BT had to do something at their end. We did did it through TCB. Can someone help?

Were there problems with both orders? Did you clear cookies and cache before placing the orders?

Yeah, mothers was sorted out pretty quickly. Mine is a bit more messy.
I just placed my order through topcashback the same way I have always done.

I picked up your email, thanks for sending over the details. I tried calling, sorry I missed you. I can see the cashback claim is in hand for your account and your case handler is due to get back to you soon. I've opened a case on your mums account and I'll call again tomorrow to discuss further.

Hi @cw182,

 

I tried calling this morning, sorry I missed you. I'll try again tomorrow. Did you open a dispute with Top Cashback about the offer? If not then you'll need to do so before we can investigate this for you. Once you open a dispute you'll receive a customer reference number. The reference is needed to sort funds more efficiently.
