As per my previous post, if you haven't received the correct cashback you need to report this to TCB who will provide a reference number and investigate the claim. You can send that over to me and I'll try to find some help with that. Can you also provide screen shots and the amount you're chasing.
Did you complete and submit the claim form for the Amazon voucher on your mums account? If so send me over that reference as well and I'll look into this for you.
