your connection speed has now improved to its maximum possible this is showing a problem with your internal wiring (extensions ) reducing the connection speed

Guessed so, unfortunately wireless speed can't be guaranteed, there are too many variables to interfere with the signal.

the noise margin is not a cause of your problem and you have a maximum possible connection speed you are very close to your fibre cabinet
