bt mobile not working no network?

i have stupidly signed up for bt mobile i have asked for my number to be changed which is going to happen today? not!

however i dont have any network no 4g no any g! i have been conected to the live chat for 57 mins even though it said 6 min wait time!

not happy is a clear understatement!

i have just spoke to people who do port forward and it seems they didnt put it through!!!!! customer service at its best!

well what a surprise no progress no network no communication, this is ridiculous i rely on my phone for shifts as i work for the ambulance service!

i was promised again my phone would be working by today as yet nothing, i am not happy!
