So much for 'unlimited calls & texts' bundle!

Not impressed also, having given BT mobile a try. Zero reception in my house and around my house. The response on chat 'our system shows excellent coverage there'.

Anyway, a Signal Booster will 'soon' be released...

What make is your phone? BT Mobile seems to be very picking over what phones they support, as it stands I'm only getting a 2G signal (My phone is made by Xiaomi).

If your desperate to use the phone try changing it to only select a 2G signal.

That being said, can any moderator here tell me what phones will work with BT Mobile?

Mitch , What Xiaomi do you have? I know from past experience and wanting the new MI Mix that the antennas used don't always support UK frequencies. For example the No Mix doesn't support 800mhz which means no 2G service for o2 masts

BT seem happy to sign us up to a contract , knowing full well that there will be no signal at the bill adress!

Roll on the end of the contract and back to vodafone

Apologies for the late reply, I have a Redmi 3s.

I have to use a 2G signal (which then registers as T-Mobile) to get it to work, it looks like i'm going to have to buy a new phone 😞
