bt reward card

Hi I signed up to broadband which activated on 20th December and I was meant to receive a reward card for £120 as i was a new BT customers and switched from EE but when I go to the reward page of my BT it says no reward available?

Thank you but i have signed into this and it says the same :

No rewards available at the moment.
