Any BT teki know when the problem with bt smart controls App will be fixed. I know BT are looking into this but no updates and from experience the App is error prone but this fault causes total no-access. I have done the self attempts at fixing such as delete App and re-install, re-start phone, I even reset iphone, reset home router but all tries did not fix.
Is this going to be a major fault as the bt smart controls App has been off for me reporting error since yesterday.
errors stated are as follows:
login error an ssl error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made
BT smart controls - error communication with server may be intercepted, hence app can't connect to server

Also, there is no option on the myBT customer web page to report faults concerning the BT Apps like bt smart controls as used for security cameras
