bt sport app issues ID004

Last night tonight I could not log into BT sport app on my hudl2 while champions league games were being played but gained access to app as soon as games were finished.

Then again tonight I accessed app before Europa league kick off but when i picked the channel to watch it said i needed to upgrade to BT sport Pack (I am bt infinity broadband customer and have BT sport pack through my sky TV) and have never had any previous problems with app.

have tried uninstall and install many times but does not make any difference and i get error code: ID004

any help would be great.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear that you were having problems accessing BT Sport on your Hudl2. I found a help article which may help.
