I have the same. I spent over 3 hours calling BT yesterday evening. As per normal they were less than useless. I was transferred time after time and still no solution.Eventually a technical person sounded like she knew how to reset my subscription but today, no change! The waiting time to call them is ages, it's just hopeless. This is why I left BT some years ago. Nothing has changed they are useless! But for wanting to watch football I wouldn't have bothered.
So any help would really be appreciated. They have my money, they confirmed my order but they can't deliver my subscription!
