Hi since about 1 am october 25 2016, the bt smart hub decided to stop working and freeze, so i restarted it, after restarting, it could not connect to the internet then loading bthomehub.home started freezing the browser, it restarted it's self onece or twice more and then regained internet access but loading bthomehub.home is still freezing the browser.
Could i have some help please?

Most likely the firmware being updated. Check the date against the 'Firmware updated' entry on the Status page (http://192.168.1.254/0000013200/gui/#/basicStatus) and it will tell you what date the firmware was loaded.
If you look through the log you would see any entry 'The Modem is installing a firmware update'.
