Hi team,
Considering adding tv to my package. Use to have sport but now dont and not used my youview box in a while tried to go no bt player and got error code as above followed all the steps including factory reset and still no luck.
what do I need to do?

Hi @kestrelsfan89,
To access the BT Player on the set top box requires an active BT TV package or BT Sport on BT TV.
Other box functions, like IPlayer, Netflix and watching Freeview channels should all still work however.
