btsport on my samsung s5

I downloaded btsport on my new samsung galaxy s5 and i couldn`t watch no football at all, not a sausage, cant even watch it on my pc. phoned up the tech people and i had to log in, which it did, and allowed me to get in, but not football what so ever, just some other programs that i dont want to watch, so what is going on bt, is this some sort of joke

no, afraid not, it will allow me to watch other sport programs but not live or any form of the world cup football

Do you mean live World Cup Football?
That's on the IPlayer or ITV Player.

When i open app on my S5 then select watch you get choice of sports1 sports2 and ESPN. There is no world cup football just whatever sport is being broadcast on these channels
