buffering in evenings

anyone tell me if the cause of buffering in the evening is my low noise margin or congestion ??

connctions been fine for 18 months now buffering in the evenings

Please can you provide BT Speedtester results for the daytime and evening.

A low noise margin might cause drop-outs, and your hub only says it's been connected for just over a minute and a half.  That would certainly cause problems as it takes several seconds to re-connect again.

 

Otherwise, congestion at peak times is not unknown.
