im after a bit of advice please,we took the infinty package out last april and it was for 18 months but it was in my wifes name, my wife passed away last july and ive tried to keep the package going would i be able to cancel as it was in my wifes name or do i have to keep paying as money is getting a bit tight now thankyou for any advice

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress
