Ive had the same email account for the past 15 years but now i cant access it?
it comes up with the message' Selected account BT Mail Account is unavailable'
Whats the fix?
Are you a BT Broadband customer?
How are you accessing the email account, is it via an email client/app or via webmail on a browser?
When did you last access it?
hi,i am a bt broadband customer.
I normally connect to it via my iphone or ipad but that has stopped working,so i looked on my laptop and tried to login but get that message.
I can get access for my other bt mail account on my iphone/ipad but not my primary one.
What happens if you try logging on via this link

If it applies to you there is nothing that can be done.
If you have been sending/receiving email within that period it may recoverable.

Ive definitely accessed it within the last 60 days, I had to change the passwords on all 3 accounts about 3 weeks ago and I’ve accessed it since then.
tried the link re deleted email address but still gives the same message that its unavailable?
Is that it then? has it been deleted if theres no option to reactivate it?

If you have accessed it in the last 30 days it should not have been deleted.

They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link.
