cashback lost

Hi, I claimed my BT Reward card and the £30 cashback offer on the day my account was finally activated 16-June-16.

I received the BT reward card but no £30 cashback. It's been 5 weeks now and have filled in the contact form twice without any response. Could a moderator help me out with this impasse please?

Hi John,

I was contacted by someone called David by phone on Sunday 31-Jly. David promised to get a voucher thru in a week.

I made a fresh claim using the A order number on the 14-Aug. I got an auto reply email but no cashback sainsburys voucher. I did get an email from the BT vouchers team on 25-July confirming that it would be a Sainsburys Gift Card but no gift card as yet. I first made the claim on the 16-June so on Thursday the 25-August it will be 10 weeks without a result. Can this be sorted or not.

Hi David,
Today I received a Coutts cheque made out to £30 cash, dated the 17th August.
Many thanks for all your help.

Apparently, nothing to do with Sainsburys vouchers, it was cash after all,
