channel on bt boxs

  on both off my  bt boxs i got 139 channels but on my now tv box i got 168 channels on  free to air so i got all the channels so wy can i just get  139 chonnels and not all the channels like i got on my noew tv box and i am on th same arrel

The one that’s got less channels on it, have you tried retuning the channels on the box?

I'd suspect that your signal strength on the YV box is perhaps a little low.

I reduced my signal strength when re-tuning recently to block out another region and when I went too far I was getting about the same number of channels as you instead of over 160.

after all this time i retune my 400 bt boxs today and i got all my channels back with the same aerial  but not on the 2100 bt boxs in the bedroom .

Compare the signal strengths on the 2 units, maybe the T2100 is losing more of the signal than the T4000.

Also atmospheric conditions can have more of an impact where the signal strength is lower than desirable.
