being charged for new bt box which i didnt even ask for was charged 4 times got refunded and now charged agin not happy they wont refund me again totall disgrace
sick of this been charged 4 times for a new bt box i dint ask for got refunded and now been charged again now saying i cant get refunded again this is a disgrace been with bt for years but thinking of leaving as ive had enough
