claiming marks and spencer reward

Hi I'm trying to claim my reward voucher for marks and spencer. My account number is **********and I signed online on the 15/11/18 I think via Martin Lewis's site although I was also checking deals on a couple of other sites aswell.  I'm sure the card was £100 the same as the BT reward card but have been struggling to sort this out having been told by someone at BT they don't have these vouchers. Can you help please

What are the first three letters of your sales reference, not the VOL number? Could be something like BTC or AJM?

That is what you need to use.

If you cannot find it then try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do

Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.

It may also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order.

Thanks Keith I've got the sales ref but where do I actually apply for the card. I got the BT reward card without any problem but they don't make it easy to claim some of these promotional  offers do they. I was hoping someone from BT would have replied but thanks for your help anyway

BT Employees can intervene if there are issues.
