creating an all contacts email address list

Go to solution

I am trying to import all my email addresses currently stored in 'people'  in Microsoft. I cannot copy them in so want to add them manually to my contacts list. I simply cannot find a way to do this

Log onto your BTMail account then click on the "Contacts" button in the menu bar. You should then see a list of contacts that are already in your contacts or if not the list will be blank.

In the menu bar above the list click on "New" then "Add Contact".  A new box will open and you need to populate it then click "Save". Do this as often as you need to in order to add all your contacts.

If you have your contacts saved on your computer in an Outlook CSV format or in a vCard (VCF) Format you could import the folder by clicking on the "More" button then "Import Contacts" then follow the prompts. This would save you having to enter the contacts on an individual basis.

You may be able to "Export" your contacts that are in "People" which would allow you to do the above "Import".

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an export function in 'People'.

I have never used "People" so wasn't sure so thanks for that.

Nor me, didn't even know it existed, just had a quick look at it.
