Hi, I've been with BT almost 4 years, within the 1st 17 months I had 11 months when my bill was wrong. The next two years went like a dream. It must be my turn again as its all gone pear shaped.
Since November 2020 I've made calls to BT adding up to 7 hours, they are always polite and tell you how they are going to fix the problem, I'm still waiting.
They promised to ring today at 10am, its now 10.40. The worst company in the whole world, I really don't know
how they make any money as they are totally incompetent.
