We have just had BT Broadband installed. But since we made a phone call to the support line our main phone line has gone dead. iyou can hear it ring when you ring it but the phone doesnt ring nor is there a dial tone.
There is two handsets on the systemone is plugged into an extension and the other is cordless. Each socket has a dsl filter attached. I have tried the phone into the main socket and the test socket but still nothing.
By the sound of it you've already gone through some checks on your end so I can take a closer at this one and run a few tests on my end, can you email me your BT account number, telephone number and a link to this thread to email@example.com and I'll get back to you?
