disconnection

hi i have just lost connection briefly router went orange and reconnected after looking at logs it wasnt a full reset something to do with ppoa anyone any ideas as why as it randomly does this

thanks john for that,i had been in touch with the mods about getting my fon switched off and they said there was a problem with credentials, could there still be a problem,heres the email i received from a mod

 

I have ceased the service for BT Wifi for you and I have also opted your Home Hub out of BT Wifi/Fon. There was an issue with the credentials from your Hub writing back to us which is why you could not successfully opt your Hub out. My change has fixed that. This can take up to 5 weeks, maximum, however the change I made should hopefully have opted your Hub out of this from today. Let me know if you need me.

 

do you think i still have a problem somewhere as this isnt the first time this loss of pppoa has happened?

when these disconnections happen no line noise comes up in logs after disconnection ,the last ones are
