Hi,
Keep getting ,"you are using a BT service which requires the use of BT DNS Servers and it appears you ate trying to connect using a DNS Server outside of our network".
Help,I'm useless enough ob the laptop. Phones,tablets etc all work fine.
Tried turning off parental controls and BT Protect but nothing is working.

Try deleting the parental controls, then shutdown and reboot.

I tried that previously but didn't work. Spoke to BT who said turn off BT protect,shut down then wait a minimum of 4 hours to see if that does it. I'm waiting at the moment and will post back if I have success. Thanks for help .

When you have checked and corrected the settings on the laptop, if its a Windows laptop, at the command prompt, type:-

ipconfig /flushdns

then press return
