Thought I would just update
Called BT, after explanning everything including everything has been disconnected from the master socket, they agreed to arrange an Engineer.
So, he turned up, an internal BT engineer !
Anyway, fair play to him, he got an Open Reach guy out the next day.
Didn't take hime long to agree there is an issue with the line, and he spent the rest of the morning swapping us onto another pair. Good lad.
As you can see, a big improve, we will how how she goes...
