thanks - how do we clear the noise on the line given we are connected directly into the master socket?
was the quiet line test quiet? if so you just need to stay connected for 3+ days 24/7 and then repost your stats provided you have managed to amintain a stable connection 24/7 the mods will help reset your noise margin - but stable conenction first
there was some noise on the quietline test - occasional crackles - it's a cordless phone, but we have a corded phone too and that gives the same problems
then if you noise on your line then you need to report a phone fault to 151 with no mention of broadband get your phone fault fixed and that will help your broadband conenction
