Hello, I have two computers at home.
One is working fine, but the other has lost all my contacts on btopenworld (and won't delete my e-mails either)
Any ideas?

Presumably you are using a web browser to access your email.
If you are, try clearing the browser's history and cookies. Make sure if your browser has the option that you select to clear them from all time.
If that doesn't work try another browser.

Many thanks - that did it!
I had set History to delete when my Internet session finished (I'll keep an eye on that.)
