2 btinternet addresses in constant use for years. Both shown in My BT and can be accessed. One shows as "due to be downgraded" and no idea why, other is okay "active". Normally accessed on multiple devices Samsung email and Thunderbird with no problems for years. Nothing changed except upgraded my broadband package with BT. Has operator made a mistake or is it me? Can I correct or is it a something I need to try and sort out by phone!
Hi @claptrap, welcome to the forum and sorry that one of your email addresses is due to be downgraded. Do you have BT Broadband? And if so is the email address showing on the list of email addresses you can manage on your BTID? If not then you can Claim the Email Address for your account and that will stop the downgrade.
