email account suspension message

I have recently noticed the message on my email account saying that as I havnt logged for a long time the mailbox will be suspended. how do i stop this as i tend to use my ipad to get emails but I have also logged in the conventional way and the message does not go away.

having read some other posts it seems that it could be because i have changed my primary email address due to it being hacked almost monthly even after changing passwords

can someone tell me how to sort this

Account Suspension Message

Hi there. 20/FEB/2015. 09.30AM

 

When I accessed "Manage Your Email Addresses", I noticed a pending "Account Suspension Message", on both my email addresses.

It mirrors a previous issue, in the same style as the following link:-

Is this an error, and is being worked on. I use both the email addresses every day, and receive email on both addresses.

 

If anyone can shed some light on this situation, it would be appreciated.

I did see the MODERATOR message.
Problem:-

It refers to 27/November/2014. I couldn't find any dates, around, current, 20/February/2015 ?

It lacks the determination, CONFIDENCE.

The problem is ongoing so there will be no update until it is finally fixed.

 

I have had the problem myself and nothing happens at the expiry date and I am aware of of at least half a dozen other people who have also had the problem and nothing has happened to their mailboxes.

 

Just make sure that you access your mail regularly either by webmail or using a mail client and all will be well.

 

It is not polite to post in large bold type on the forum.

Do I assume I have to wait for someone to fix it but keep logging through the BT.com website

This was raised before and a "fix" was meant to have been implemented. It would appear not have fixed the problem so I have asked the moderators to give a response. Once I have had a reply I'll post it here if the moderators haven't already done so.

I'm sorry for any concern caused by this message, the email team are aware of this issue and they're working on a fix.

 

(Edit) I also wanted to clarify that that provided you are actively using your email service there is no danger of it being deleted.
