Try turning off your BT hub for 15 minutes. When you turn it back on it will give you a new IP address which should rule that out as being the problem.
I installed a new smart hub 2 yesterday having started a new contract. The problem appeared both on my original smart hub and the replacement. The issue is at BT's end with the way the homepage is displayed, not with my equipment and internet connection.
Hi. Same issue this am, I have to use a found via Google. Maybe it's a Wiltshire thing, I'm in Chippenham.
I'm in Kent. Every other website I visit is absolutely fine and work as they should. It's only the BT Homepage giving me issues and I can't access my emails from it as none of the header buttons work. It is not an equipment issue, neither do I believe it to be a browser issue. The page displays with a partial segment above the header buttons and for some reason renders them inoperative.
Still also the same for me - 3 days now.
Hi everyone,
Has everyone that is experiencing issues deleted their cache and cookies?
Thanks
Matt
Yes. I do this every time I use the internet and it doesn't make a blind bit of difference to the BT Homepage.
If you are still experiencing the problem after deleting the cache and cookies can you let me know the following?
Can anyone else that's experiencing the issue also post the above information so we can gather some examples to see if we can find a trend?
Thanks
Matt
deleted everything I could find - for all time - and now have a working home page. Hope it works for everyone else. If not I'm on an HP 17-by0511sa laptop on Windows HD and using Microsoft Edge. Really not sure if this is going to happen again? But thanks for all the help.

I have tried deleting everything on all my browsers except chrome (I can't do that as I have so many windows open for important things. I tried to delete everything on other browsers but not so familiar with them.
I'm not that bothered on Chrome now that i know that just setting the link to bt.com/email works for the moment. (I don't usually delete all cookies most of the time just the relevant ones for certain website.) I'll try deleting the cache on one of machines when I am in a better position work wise.
I did clear the whole thing on my Windows 10 laptop and its true this fixed it for chrome too - I don't really use the win10 laptop i'm just experimenting with win10 updated from win7 (I don't actually like it to be honest but that's another story luddite that I am!.)
Thanks @Matt-S looks like I was the problem this time 😉 mind you wish i checked all cookies before the cache but hey next time.
