Thanks for highlighting this issue, I am sorry that some of you are having a problem with accessing the options available via the main navigation bar on BT.com.
We have reported this to the team who looks after the navbar but we are struggling in being able to replicate the issue. We would very much appreciate it if you could help with some further details;
- The exact issue you're having (with steps to replicate if possible)
- Browser make and version
- The operating system make and version
